Fun in Scipio

We have had lots of fun in Scipio this summer. The girls love to play at Gram's. They especially love the sand pile. Some of the highlights this summer were the Scipio Rodeo and Paul and April's wedding. Aunt Jeanne was here for about a week, too. It was so much fun to hang out with her, Aunt Mary, and the girls. Hallee stayed with Aunt Jeanne a couple of nights. Jeanne taught the little girls some yoga moves and went on lots of walks with them. Hallee wore her dress-up clothes to Paul and April's reception. Wow! What a princess!

24th of July

The 24th of July was a very fun and busy day. It started with the Deseret News 10K at 5:30am. If you know me, I was more worried about getting to the race on time than I was about running in it! After the race, we watched the parade. It had been a long time since we watched the parade live (like since 1996) so that was really fun. We spent the rest of the day at Cherry Hill cooling off. It was a great time!

Summers' Reunion

Today was our Summers' Family Reunion in Deweyville. It is always so great to see everyone. We have such cute cousins! Grandma Summers was there and is doing well.

Princesses for a Day

Grandma Huntsman took the girls for a fun girls day out today. They went to Sweet and Sassy where they got their nails, hair, and make-up done. We went to out to lunch after. It was such a fun girlie girl day!

Payson Lakes

Our family went to Payson Lakes this past weekend. We had such a great time. The girls loved that they could get as dirty as they wanted. They love camping and playing in the water. Hope told me it was better than Disneyland! (and cheaper, too!)

The 4th of July

We spent the 4th of July down in Scipio. We went to the Fillmore parade and games in the park. The girls love it down there! The highlight was all the candy at the parade.

Fun with Our Friends

We have been having such a fun summer hanging out with our friends. We went to the Riverton carnival and the girls had a blast. What cute friends we have!

Disneyland!

Last week our family went to California. We had so much fun. Gram and Papa "Scipio" took us to Disneyland and to a couple of baseball games. It was so much fun to spend time as a family. The girls had a blast. The highlight for them was having breakfast with the princesses.

Lemonade Anyone?

The girls have been begging me to set up a lemonade stand. Hallee didn't want to charge anyone. They crack me up.

School Girl

Hallee just finished her second year of preschool. She loves school and has learned so much this year. Unfortunately, we were in California during her graduation.

Race For the Cure 5K

We did it! We ran the Race For the Cure 5K last Saturday. It was a way awesome thing. We ran in memory of my Grandma Gwen. It was a very inspirational thing to be a part of.

Kaleb's Blessing

Last Sunday was Kaleb's blessing. It was such a nice day. He is such a cute little guy. It is always fun to get everyone together.
